ManSciTech S.L. is a spin_off that originated from the knowledge and wide experience of the Biointeractomics Technological Unit (Department of Plant Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Seville), which is located at the cicCartuja (joint center of the University of Seville, the Spanish National Research Council, and the Regional Government of Andalusia).
Our objective is to ascribe a digital fingerprint to agri-food products through the integration of omics technologies such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, analysis automation, and generation of predictive models based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the final purpose of verifying its identity, facilitate its traceability, and avoid commercial frauds.
