The objective is to create a standardized protocol based on the integration of NMR and AI to verify natural distillates from floral origin (orange blossom water, rosewater…), as well as to identify adulterants and stimulators. For this, we propose the creation of a database that contains the metabolic profile of distillates from oral origin, as well as those chemically developed. This way, biomarker identification would not be required to verify the identity of a product and monitor its evolution.
